    No water for the last several days, lack of electricity, long lines to buy some fuel and endless noise of mortars and bombs everywhere.

    Baghdad doesn't really seem the place to hold elections by the end of the month and it is probably no one is thinking about it.

    Alaa al-Din Saad (32) declared:"We haven't had water for nearly a week. We used up all our reserves and now I haven't had a shower for three days."
