WEST BANK : ISRAELI ARMY WITHDRAWAL FROM THE TOWN OF TULKAM According with the agreement signed betweem Palestine and Israel a month ago, the town of Tulkam was left by the Israeli soldiers to the Palestinian police on Monday at 2000, local time (1800 GMT). A group of policemen started patrolling the town and the celebration included drivers honking their horns, an Israeli soldier complimenting a Palestinian one "Mabruk", (Arabic for congratulations) and troops shooting in the air.
