    ISRAEL : THE GAZA PULLOUT IS LEGAL

    Israeli Supreme Court has decided that the Gaza Pullout, scheduled for this summer, it is legal and does not violate rights of the settlers.

    "We didn't expect anything from this court since the petitioners are Jews and patriots," said the settlers lawyer, Yoram Sheftel.

    The Mayor of Gaza, Avner Shimoni, said that even if the pullout is considered legal and constitutional, it is all unseful if the people do not support the pullout,

    "Our people are strengthening from day to day and are really very encouraged by what is happening," said Shimoni.
